1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hounslow propose to make the above-mentioned Order, under Sections 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of this Order would be to:

(a) amend the operational hours of the Pay-by-Phone parking bays fronting Nos. 294–388, 272-242 and 294-298 Bath Road and on Manor Avenue, Hounslow (between Francis Road and Bath Road) and Earl Haig Close from the current times to a new period of Monday to Sunday, 8am–10pm.

3. Documents giving further information of the proposed Order can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Acting Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P042/25, to be received no later than 21 November 2025.
