1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to:

(a) Introduce no loading at any time restrictions on Manor Lane, Feltham, both sides, north-west of its junction with Rose Gardens to its north-western extent; and

(b) Replace the section of existing no waiting Mon-Sat 8.30am-6.30pm restriction on the north-east side, adjacent to the fuel station with a no waiting at any time restriction.

3. The London Borough of Hounslow GIVES NOTICE in exercise of the powers under Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, to construct a flat-top road hump (also known as a “speed table”) at the following location:

(a) Manor Lane, Feltham, from a point 7.3m north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Rose Gardens for a total length of 13.4m, a maximum plateau length of 9m, maximum height of 75mm and a maximum front and rear slope of 1 in 12.

4. Documents giving further information of the proposed Order can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Acting Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P051/25, to be received no later than 21 November 2025.
