THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.323) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE is hereby given that on 24th October 2025, the London Borough of Hackney made permanent, Experimental Traffic Order (TT1707) under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to make permanent personalised disabled bays in the following

Road Name Location
Goodchild Road Convert the personalised permit bay - 00211 outside No.2 Watersreach Apartments to a personalised disabled bay DG001
Lee Conservancy Road Convert the personalised permit bay - 00183 outside No.7 to a personalised disabled bay - DK001
Queensbridge Road Convert the personalised permit bay – 000045 outside No.407 to a personalised disabled bay – DC001
Spurstowe Terrace Convert the personalised permit bay - 00208 outside Spurs House, Nos.1 to 14, Spurstowe Terrace to a personalised disabled bay - DD001

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into force on 3rd November 2025, other relevant orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made by email request to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order is made, appeal to the High Court.
