MIDDLEFIELD CANADIAN INCOME - GBP PC

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a duly convened General Meeting of the Shareholders of Middlefield Canadian Income – GBP PC (“the Fund”) held on 22 October 2025, Special Resolutions were passed placing the Fund into summary winding up in accordance with the provisions Chapter 2 of Part XXI of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, and Stuart Arthur Gardner and Richard Peter Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

All persons having claims against the above-named Fund are requested to send a detailed account thereof to the Joint Liquidators on or before 12 December 2025.
