Statement by General Partner

MC Accelerate Co-Invest LP

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 20 October 2025 Mubadala Capital GP UK LLP transferred 100% of its general partner interest in MC Accelerate Co-Invest LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP24232 (the “Partnership”), to MC Accelerate GP UK LLP and consequently on that date Mubadala Capital GP UK LLP retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by MC Accelerate GP UK LLP.
