Notice is hereby given that Pursuant to s303Z9 of Proceeds of Crime Act, a Notice of Forfeiture without a Court Order of £8,424.25 has been authorised by a senior officer, as described in s303Z2(4) and issued on 9th October 2025, by way of letter to last known address. Any person may object to the forfeiture by Monday 24th November, in writing to Joint Asset Recovery Team, Serious and Organised Crime Branch, PO Box 770, Exeter EX1 9TN. Unless an objection is received by this date, the funds will be forfeited.
