NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustees of the above Scheme have commenced winding up the scheme with effect from 29 October 2025.

Any member, beneficiary, or other person who believes that they have a claim against, entitlement to or interest in the Scheme is requested to send written particulars of their claim to:

Claims must be received on or before 31 December 2025. All claims should include full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number (if known), and details of employment giving rise to the claim.

After this date, the scheme shall be wound up and the trustees will have regard only to the claims and entitlements of which they have prior written notice.
