Notice is hereby given to Mr Marcel Lucienne Sulc of 30 Hawthorn Close, Saltdean, East Sussex, BN2 8HX and of Westward House, Founthill Road, Saltdean, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 8AJ, the freehold owner of 51 Southwater Road, St. Leonards-On-Sea TN37 6JR (“the Property”) that the leasehold owner of Second Floor Flat, 51 Southwater Road, St Leonards-on-Sea, TN37 6JR (“the Flat”), being Mr Nicholas Floyd, has given notice in accordance with section 42 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (“the Act”) to extend the lease of the Flat and no counter-notice has been received.

TAKE NOTICE that Mr Floyd intends to apply to the County Court for an order determining the terms of acquisition of the lease extension, in accordance with the terms in the notice and pursuant to section 49 of the Act. Mr Floyd will seek to have his costs deducted from any premium payable to Mr Sulc.
