NOTICE IS GIVEN by Lawrence King and Matthew Waghorn that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held by Microsoft Teams on 27 November 2025 at 10.00 am. Thames Valley, The Wooden Barn, Little Baldon, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX44 9PU by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
