ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

THE GLA ROADS AND GLA SIDE ROADS (SOUTHWARK) RED ROUTE CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2007 THE A202 PECKHAM ROAD (E-SCOOTER AND CYCLE BAY) VARIATION ORDER 2025

1. Transport for London hereby gives notice that on 6th November 2025 it made the above named Order, under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order will come into force on 15th November 2025.

2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to add hireable cycles as a permitted vehicle to use the 5 metre long no stopping at any time except hireable e-scooters only parking bay on the southern footway of Peckham Road outside Nos. 36 to 38 Peckham Road.

3. The roads which would be affected by the Order is the A202 Peckham Road.

4. A copy of the Order, a map indicating the location and effect of the Order and copies of any Order revoked, suspended or varied by the Order can be inspected by visiting our website at https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/tro and selecting the relevant borough and reference the Traffic Order relates to or by appointment during normal office hours at our office at the address below. Copies of the documents may be requested via email at trafficordersection@tfl.gov.uk, or by post at the following address quoting reference SNO/REGULATION/STOT/GK/TRO/GLA/2025/0279:

Please note due to hybrid working access to post is restricted and requests for documents may be delayed.

5. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers conferred by the Act or that any requirement of the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
