Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held virtually by Microsoft Teams Meeting on 10 November 2025 at 11.00 am, the following special and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Ratten (IP No. 9338) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Landmark, St Peter’s Square, 1 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 4PB and James Woodhead (IP No. 29832) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Central Square, 5th Floor, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or severally."
