Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that the Ankit Jain Irrevocable Family Protection Trust (Transferor) assigned its entire interest as a Limited Partner in Newcore Strategic Situations III LP (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP017749) (Partnership) to Coalescence Capital UK Limited (Transferee) with effect from 30 September 2025. Accordingly, the Transferor ceased to be, and the Transferee became, a Limited Partner of the Partnership.
