1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hounslow on 12 November 2025 it made the above-mentioned Orders, under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The Orders will come into operation on 12 December 2025.

2. The general effect of the Commerce Road Parking Places Order will be to:-

(a) Introduce payment parking places on Commerce Road, Brentford, on the south-west side outside No. 30 Commerce Road and;

(b) introduce shared use payment parking and business permit parking places on Commerce Road, Brentford, on the south-west side outside No. 30 Commerce Road.

3. The general effect of the Loading Places Order will be to:-

(a) Introduce a loading place for passenger vehicles and goods vehicles in Kinglsey Avenue, Hounslow, on the north-west side adjacent to No. 81 Kingsley Road.

4. Documents giving further information of the Orders can be viewed for a period of six weeks from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
