1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to make changes in the following locations:

a) Alkham Road, Replace the disabled bay outside No. 1 Rahat Lodge, Alkham Road with a permit bay;

b) Bouverie Road, Replace 6.6 metres of permit bay outside Selcraig House Nos. 122 to 136 Bouverie Road with a personalised permit bay - 00374

c) Darenth Road, Replace the disabled bay outside No. 82 Darenth Road with a permit bay;

d) Durlston Road, Replace the disabled bay outside No. 2 Durlston Road with a permit bay;

e) Gunton Road, Replace 6.6 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 70 to 72 Gunton Road with a personalised permit bay - 00381;

f) Killowen Road, Replace the disabled bay outside Nos. 3 to 5 Killowen Road with a permit bay;

g) Kyverdale Road, (a) Replace the disabled bay outside No. 6 Kyverdale Road with a permit bay (b) Replace the disabled bay outside No. 33 Kyverdale Road with a permit bay;

h) Lampard Grove, (a) Replace the disabled bay outside 37 Lampard Grove with a permit bay (b) Replace the disabled bay outside 8 Lampard Grove with a cashless shared use bay. (c) Replace the disabled bay outside Nos. 38 to 40 Lampard Grove with a permit bay.;

i) Linthorpe Road, Replace the personalised permit bay outside 59 Linthorpe Road with a permit bay;

j) Lynmouth Road, Replace the two disabled bays side of No. 109 Kyverdale Road with a permit bay;

k) Osbaldeston Road, (a) Replace the disabled bay outside Nos. 102 to 104 Osbaldeston Road with a permit bay (b) Replace the disabled bay outside Nos. 111 to 113 Osbaldeston Road with a permit bay;

l) Portland Avenue, (a) Replace the disabled bay outside No. 1 Portland Avenue with a permit bay; (b) Replace the disabled bay outside No. 26 Portland Avenue with a permit bay; (c) Replace the disabled bay outside No. 66 Portland Avenue with a cashless shared use bay;

m) Thistlewaite Road, Replace the disabled bay outside 27 Thistlewaite Road with a permit bay.

Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
