NOTICE is hereby given that on 4 November 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh by CRAIG GRAHAM, residing at 1 Kinnear Rise, Edinburgh, EH3 5AS and PAUL SUTHERLAND, residing at 34 Marionville Crescent, Edinburgh, EH7 6AU craving the Court inter alia to order that THE SPARTANS FOOTBALL CLUB (OLDCO) LIMITED, a company formerly incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company number SC343889 and having its Registered Office at Ainslie Park, 94 Pilton Drive, Edinburgh, EH5 2HF, be restored to the Register of Companies, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 5 November 2025 appointed notice of the import of the Petition and the Deliverance to be advertised once in the “Edinburgh Gazette” and the “Metro” newspaper and ordained any persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such publication, service and advertisement.
