On the 29th March 2024, a quantity of cash, namely £74,291.30 cash, and gold bars, coins and jewellery to the approximate value of £54,670.00 was seized from Artur KRASNIQI and his address, 15 Coldpark Gardens, Bristol BS13 8NL.

A forfeiture order was made on 11th November 2025 at Bristol Magistrates' Court, Marlborough Street, Bristol BS1 3NU for both the above mentioned cash and listed assets.

Any party to the proceedings in which this forfeiture order is made may appeal against this order to Bristol Crown Court. Notice of appeal must be lodged with this court before the end of 30 days beginning with the date on which this order was made.
