Notice under Section 12 of Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977

From: Adam Henry Stephens and Christopher Allen of S&W Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2V 7BG ("Joint Liquidators") for and on behalf of the House of St Barnabas (in liquidation) with registered company number 06845128 ("the Company").

1. We, the Joint Liquidators of the Company hereby give you notice under section 12(1) and (2) and Part I of Schedule 1 to the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977 (the "1977 Act") as follows:

1.1 The goods, details of which are set out in the table below, or any one of them ("Artwork"), are being held at 1 Greek Street, Soho, London, W1D 4NQ.

1.2 The Artwork is ready for delivery to its respective owners and its owners are under an obligation to attend at the address set out in paragraph 1.1 above to collect the goods immediately until 10 December 2025 ("Final Collection Date").

1.3 You are required to give the Joint Liquidators not less than 7 business days' notice of the date on which you would like to collect your Artwork, providing details of the specific piece of art from the schedule that you are collecting.

2. Pursuant to section 12(3) and Part II of Schedule 1 to the 1977 Act, notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidator proposes to sell or otherwise dispose of the Artwork after the Final Collection Date if each owner has not collected their respective Artwork on or before that date.
