1) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Islington proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and of all other powers thereunto enabling.

2) The general effect of the Orders would be to introduce a disabled bay outside No. 53 to 56 Great Sutton Street (5m). To accommodate this we will be reducing a resident parking bay by 3.8m and a no waiting restriction by 1.2m.

3) A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection. Copies of these documents may be obtained either by emailing environment@islington.gov.uk, by telephoning Environment on 020 7527 2000 or by sending a postal request to Environment, 1 Cottage Road, London N7 8TP. You can arrange an inspection in person by emailing environment@islington.gov.uk or calling 020 7527 2000.

4) Any person who wishes to object, or to make other representations about the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, specifying the grounds on which they are made to Islington Environment, P O Box 2025, PERSHORE, WR10 9BU (quoting reference 8644) or by emailing environment@islington.gov.uk, within the period of twenty-one days from the date on which this Notice is published.
