NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that in accordance with its limited partnership agreement and with effect from 17 November 2025, Bowmark Investment Partnership-K, L.P. with registration number LP020783 and having its registered office address at One Eagle Place, London, SW1Y 6AF (the "Partnership") has been dissolved and wound up.

Consequently, as of that date, Bowmark GP VI LLP, with registration number OC423817 and having its registered office address at One Eagle Place, London, SW1Y 6AF, no longer acts as general partner of the Partnership.
