Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that under a Deed of Assignment dated 14 November 2025, Northern Trust Nominees (Ireland Limited) a/c TW01 acting in its capacity as depositary of the Towers Watson Secure Income Fund, assigned its limited partnership interest in Equitix Fund IV LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP016702 (the Partnership), to City of Edinburgh Council (acting as administering authority of Lothian Pension Fund), as a new limited partner of the Partnership with such assignment effective on 30 September 2025.
