Notice of Annual Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 232 of the Companies Act 1931, as applied by virtue of section 182 of the Companies Act 2006, an annual meeting of the creditors of the Company will be held at 14/F, St. George’s Building, 2 Ice House Street, Central, Hong Kong on 2 December 2025 at 10:05 am (Greenwich Mean Time) / 06:05 pm (Hong Kong Time) (the “Meeting”) for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up during the preceding year.

Creditors may attend the Meeting in person or by proxy. Proxy forms must be lodged at projectcihl@alvarezandmarsal.com as soon as possible, and in any event not later than 11:00 a.m. (Greenwich Mean Time) / 07:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time) on 1 December 2025. Please note that only creditors who have lodged a claim against the Company by submitting a poof of debt form are entitled to attend the Meeting.
