"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Mark Amor (IP No. 017770) and Richard Oddy (IP No. 26330) both of Azets Holdings Limited, 12 King Street, Leeds, LS1 2HL be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.
