NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that Komodo Capital SAS has transferred all of the interest held by it in 17Capital Fund 4 L.P. (the “Partnership”), including its capital contribution, to a new limited partner, Cyril De Galea, and subsequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
