The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South East) (No.36) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of a length and part width of A509 London Road at Milton Keynes. This is to enable development as permitted by Milton Keynes Council, under reference 21/00999/OUTEIS.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/6124). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Milton Keynes City Council, Environmental and Property, Synergy Park, Chesney Wold, Bleak Hall, Milton Keynes, MK6 1LY.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 27 November 2025.
