Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Ohio Public Employees Retirement System assigned a partial interest in Montagu VI L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP020048 (the “Partnership”), to Partners Group Access PF 922 L.P.

As a consequence of such transfer, Partners Group Access PF 922 L.P. were admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
