Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24/09/2025 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Charlie James Hodgson, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Charlie James Mallinson and assumed the name of Charlie James Hodgson.
