Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 08/04/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24/09/2025 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Martha Mary Probert-Menagh, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Martha Mary Probert and assumed the name of Martha Mary Probert-Menagh.
