Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28/08/2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 02/10/2025, I, BENEDICT DUNCAN FRANKLIN-SMITH, British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of BENEDICT DUNCAN FRANKLIN COCKAYNE and assumed the name of BENEDICT DUNCAN FRANKLIN-SMITH.
