Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 29/09/2025, I, Oscar Zeek Lewis, British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Oscar Zeek Phillips and assumed the name of Oscar Zeek Lewis.
