Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 07/03/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 01/10/2025, I, Ocean Phoebe Kerri Rylands-Moore, British Citizen Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Ocean Phoebe Kerri Rylands and assumed the name of Ocean Phoebe Kerri Rylands-Moore.
