Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10/02/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16/10/2025, I, Charis Elizabeth Carroll, 8 Woodroyd Avenue, Honley, Holmfirth HD9 6LG, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Charis Elizabeth Sykes and assumed the name of Charis Elizabeth Carroll.
