Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 26/09/2025, I, Tracey Ann Spencer, 9 North Drive Wootton Hall, Wootton Wawen Henley-in-Arden B95 6EQ, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tracey Ann Hampson and assumed the name of Tracey Ann Spencer.
