Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 05/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25/09/2025, I, Jo-Anna Frances Dollman, 3 Clarkes Field Close Brill, Aylesbury Buckinghamshire HP18 9SP, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jo-Anna Bannard and assumed the name of Jo-Anna Frances Dollman.
