Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/07/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25/09/2025, I, LEWIS JORDAN, 9 Tythebarn Drive Kingswinford Dudley DY6 0DS, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of LEWIS JORDAN ABRAHAMS and assumed the name of LEWIS JORDAN.
