Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/08/2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25/09/2025, I, Ankita Desai Bilkhu, Flat 4 Oaklene House 51 Brighton Road Addlestone KT15 1PH, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Ankita Kalpesh Desai and assumed the name of Ankita Desai Bilkhu.
