Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 20/05/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 25/09/2025, I, JASON DAVID LUCAS, 44 WESTBOURNE ROAD TORQUAY TQ1 4JU, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of JASON DAVID HEWITT and assumed the name of JASON DAVID LUCAS.
