Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31/08/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17/10/2025, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Ilya Sayyad-Kazmi, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Eiliyah Nasrat-Ali Sayyad-Kazmi and assumed the name of Ilya Sayyad-Kazmi.
