The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (West Midlands) (No.23) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of two lengths of E6405 Burton Dassett Road adjacent to Grove Farm at Burton Dassett in the District of Stratford-on-Avon. This is to enable development as permitted by Stratford-on-Avon District Council, under reference 24/03085/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5998). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Fenny Compton Village Hall, Memorial Road, Fenny Compton, Southam, CV47 2XU.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 28 November 2025.
