The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.24) Order 2025" authorising the stopping up of the whole of Meeting Street at Tipton, in the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell. This is to enable development as permitted by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council under reference DC/24/69873.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO6220773). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Tipton Library, Unity Walk, Owen Street, Tipton, DY4 8QL.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 28 November 2025.
