THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.325) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 21st November 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney made the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders to introduce cycle hangars in the following locations:

| Dericote Street | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 4 Dericote Street |
| Elderfield Road | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking outside No. 79 Elderfield Road |
| Fletching Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside Nos. 100 and 102 Fletching Road |
| Frampton Park Road | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use bay at the rear of Nos. 1 to 36 Danby House in Frampton Park Road |
| Frampton Park Road | Replace 2.5 metres of cashless shared use bay at the rear of Nos. 1 to 36 Parkinson House in Frampton Park Road |
| Shakespeare Road | Replace 2.5 metres of residents' parking at the side of No. 89 Shakespeare Road |
| Southborough Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay outside No. 44 Southborough Road |
| Speldhurst Road | Replace 2.5 metres of permit bay at the side of No. 15 Moulins Road |
3. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 1st December 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be inspected for a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made by email request to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, may appeal to the High Court.
