“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Steven Illes (IP No. 23730) and Andrew Duncan (IP No. 9319) both of MHA Advisory Ltd, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or separately."
