Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31/05/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24/10/2025, I, Bethany Forsyth-Hardy, 133 Beversbrook Road, Norris Green, Liverpool, L11 2UJ Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Bethany Hardy and assumed the name of Bethany Forsyth-Hardy.
