Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 24/10/2025, I, Jamie-Leigh Slater, 39 James Avenue, Skegness, PE25 2HE Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Jamie-Leigh Wright and assumed the name of Jamie-Leigh Slater.
