Notice is hereby given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee, if sufficient nominations are received by 18 December 2025 and those nominated are willing to be members of a Committee. 2. That the Joint Administrators be authorised to draw additional fees of £63,795 plus VAT, fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Joint Administrators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the winding up of the Company, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed. This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded. To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Joint Administrator by one of the following methods.
