This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee. 2. The basis of the Joint Administrators’ fees. 3. The approval of the pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge. The meeting will be held on 16 December 2025 at 11.30 am. This virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded including recordings of your facial image. To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Administrator by one of the following methods.
