Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 21 November 2025 Richard Bowley (the "Transferor") transferred his entire interests in Stafford Spring Fund LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP020481 (the "Partnership") to William Bowley (the "Transferee") for himself and for the Bowley Bare Trust and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner of the Partnership.
