Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that APEX FUND ADMINISTRATION (GUERNSEY) LIMITED (formerly known as Saffrey Champness Fund Services Limited and MJ Hudson Fund Services Limited), in its capacity as former trustee of the Hunter UK Retail Unit Trust (the “Former Limited Partner”) has transferred their entire rights, title and interests in Hunter UK Retail Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016849 (the “Partnership”) to APEX TRUSTEES LIMITED (the “New Limited Partner”) (in its capacity as trustee of the Hunter UK Retail Limited Partnership) with an effective date of 10 November 2025. Consequently, the Former Limited Partner has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership, and the New Limited Partner has been admitted as a new limited partner of the Partnership.
