Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10/10/2025, Amy-Jane Bird of 323 Grovehill Road, Beverley HU17 0JG, single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Amy-Jane Hopper and assumed the name Amy-Jane Bird.
