Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27/06/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 09/10/2025, Sophia Florence Guilfoyle Smith of Bottom Flat. 25 Clarendon Drive, Putney, London SW15 1AW, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Sophia Florence Guilfoyle and assumed the name Sophia Florence Guilfoyle Smith.
