Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 02/09/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 09/10/2025, Charlotte Jessica Foord of Flat 29 Tidlock House, Erebus Drive, Woolwich SE28 0GD, single and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Charlotte Jessica Burgess and assumed the name Charlotte Jessica Foord.
